IMO, they are being realistic:
Cherry pick the near surface high grades to get cashed-up
Then go for the doctor.
JORC diamond drilling in that neck of the woods costs about $150/meter at least ( one 500 m hole costs about $75K, IMO and multiply that by say 12 and there goes a cool $million which up to now LNY didn't have. The
