How to place a value on this co?
Bad debts are a %age of TTV right?
And revenue is also a skim of TTV.
The risk of bad debts exceeding revenue is too high. Not to mention overheads are massive. No point applying a revenue multiple because revenue does not mean profit here, it's all subject to bad debts.
I don't see this surviving any other way than a buyout, and I don't even see that happening. I think this will go to zero, zip.
Would be nice to ride the wave of multi bags like last insane run, I just don't see how that happens again rationally. Maybe the gov will find a way to pump billions more into the economy, only way I can see it happening.
