it not important what they reported as your purchase price in the broker platform, these are just average buy price information and it doesn't account for a lot of thing and often wrong, especially around ticker change, selling etc... what is important is in the buy contract , those are legal paperwork and required for tax return purpose.
Hope you are doing ok, you seem to be into a lot of specs stocks, maybe time to pause, take stock and invest in proper business if you want consistent real long term return.
it is ok to have a few specs stock to bet on your luck but majority of your money should be in solid business that can withstand various crisis and test of time.
it not important what they reported as your purchase price in...
