me too big time, the market can not go on ignoring the chaos of the virus, and the ecomonic strain of that.
I have expectation that the housing market should follow ...but that is artifically being propped up... with rebates, concessions and low interest rates... will there be a time that investors on buyers run out of paying such huge prices.
A FID, and or a gold may hold us up, as other sell to look for a safer stock... a few do survive a share market crash.
I posted to day about those 800 - 1000 point drop over several days early in the year or so.
A kick in our guts as we look to progress to the at $1 mark.
