There's lots to come - drilling, what they are spending the extra millions on, FID. And it's still cheap compared to expected earning next year. Perhaps not $1 any time soon, but doubling the current price wouldn't be that crazy.
In CXO style they will take their sweet-ass time so its really just a waiting game.
