Thats what i have te feeling its for. I think they have already picked a tennant before the ann of the joint venture. You have to remember they also have the rights to advance current projects with this technology, so theres no reason they cant approch or be approched by companies with known lithium deposits to jv. Argentina has a lot of lithium deposits and this new technology might make them viable. Lets wait and see.
