They've already stipulated they needed at least two weeks worth of preparatory works of access tracks and the respective well vicinity etc before they could get the drill rig there. I think we might be halfway through this process...

Whereas the drilling process obviously commencing post prep-work, was estimated to take something like 10 days with the potential of an update throughout that period i.e. comments or videos of pressurized brine (hopefully) etc from re-entry. A video of the pressurized brine would be a great christmas stocking stuffer!

With respect to the drilling contract, according to the lads that went to the AGM, Bruce and co. are just waiting to hear from the contractors themselves. Announcement should be imminent, especially seeing as the rig is meant to be there within a week or so.

Additionally, their second most critical concern voiced during the AGM was 'speed to market'. Which indicates that even if there are holidays etc, they'd be willing to pay penalty rates (which in the scheme of things would probably amount to an inconsequential amount) to get the work done.
