its basically the AMD or NVDA of memory. A very early stage version of course. AMD is fabless- but concentrating in the CPU area. NVDA similarly so, concentrating in the GPU area. WBT is similar, in that its doing that in the Memory space. Its not comparable to western digital or micron which are not fabless.
