And to be honest, they wouldn't appoint him as a non-executive director if he was leaving before sh1t hit the fan... It would be obvious to those inside the company.

Nevertheless, the FlexiGroup report did look negative ('interest free' components did all the heavy lifting), so I can see why TGA is drifting downward.

I do expect a profit warning should they not be +/-5% of last year's NPAT - closer to April though.
