There R no guarantees in the markets. At best U can make an educated guess to the best of uR ability.
No one everr has complete info in the market including AG when he bought Quindell and engaged how many lawyers and how many tens of millions was paid for DD AND BUY OUT.
U will never ever have complete info in the market and it can change v quickly too. Those who bought SGH at 6 dolars rights thought they will sell it for 20 in 2 years. and they thought they had the full information.
Current scenario is that SGH stock price is in the dumps. I think u can;t give many examples of this type of disaster in ASX 100 companies.
If AG pulls it, we R in for a ride of life. If not oh well it is all priced in and further.
So far there is no info /ANN from the company to that effect under disclosure laws that company is going into extinction.
So i am buying and digging in .
