They R working as a team with the committee appointed by SGH to review forecasting of guidance etc..
It is the best thing SGH has done in my opinion so far, to have indepenedent accountants in the company group to work on it and also have banking syndicate's accountants along side so that every thing they say and do is crystal clear and acceptable to all the parties concerned and market has to trust it.
It will help SGH to regain the lost trust and scale higher peaks as it will re establish the trust that of the markets that it has lost. Rest everyu thing is fine. Most imposrtant ingridient here was trust.

They did corner SGH and its management from all sides fro mall sides v v effectively for a v v long time.
SGH was cornered due to cash burn out due to big big buy out of business in UK.
