If their is a grain of truth in the ability of SGH management and the DD they did re UK buy out,there should not B any need for dilution. They should B able to demonstrate and convince debtors that..........Then SGH .UK should B fine and banks should just set a date for another review in April 2017 with loans to be recalled no sooner than 2018 April in case there i disagreement in March/April 2017.
