You have a lot of advice to offer and made reference to being selected (early on) to be a CEO - but you didn't say what of. I asked a couple of questions that seemed legitimate to me but you seem to have forgotten to answer them, so I'll set them out again and look forward to your reply:

"What size company were/are you CEO of and what field was/is it in, if you don't mind me asking? Did/does it make a lot of money? How many people does it employ?"
