What i will be looking for in the AR AND presentation to the markets and investors even without guidance for current finncl yr.
Just to mention few.
1. CF numbers complete details.
2. One offs with detailed break up under different heads.
3. Debt reduction plan .
4.
Any inkling re restoration of dividends , i mean they dont have to tell when which yr they will resume dividends. They can certainly say if and when this and this happens, SGH may consider resumption of dividends.That can be various things like level of gearing/debt etc. etc.
lots more u can keep adding.
Believe me all these things can give some confidence to Mr Market to decide what to do with SGH.
i AM CONFIDENT THAT THIS YEAR AR will not be a kinder kid job like last year as BH will do full justice to it and to the shareholders and he knows the challenges and is up to it and will deliver on it. This will be their last chance for a long time to redeem themself and save SGH and its shareholders.

All the details re restructuring plan past present and future. How it will cut costs and by how much , and all benefits re productivity and customer service.
