I'll put it this way, there is no new news.

I can't control what ASIC does in future but the Company has already announced the investigation into FY2014 and FY2015 has ceased. They've also adopted all of the ASIC recommendations amending their revenue recognition and expense policies taking any one-off adjustment hits through their financial statements.

Coincidence the article gets released late last night, I think not.
