The issue is v simple. either they have been lying through their teeth or they were and R scared of legal implications. Looks like they never faced such a scenario and were too scared to spell out its real guts that too when AG said it is a gr8 buy and he was thinking and praying that UK will turn around.
Unfortunately LT ,SH. OF SGH got creamed real bad.
Let us hope it comes around good as he has been telling all along. Otheriwse AG is also done along with the LT ,SH OF SGH.
AND MB will be on their throat along with every one else.
My take still is that it is not ass bad as the HC down rampers and press makes u think and believe.
all will be known in less than 2 vks I presume...at the most.
