The way I see it, its positive to have someone independent look at the books and it will ensure that the way that SGH interprets its accounts will be acceptable to all parties including us long suffering shareholders, most importantly the banks and will create confidence in any future announcements that SGH have been conservative in the way they have interpreted their figures. Can only be positive for SP in long term, but can understand the negative spin that some can put on this, just need to stay focused on the long term outcomes.
