OK, It may not be legally dishonest, and it is probably why he refers to the dec 17 announcement in the media response yesterday. However in the dec 17 ann. it was stated that they were in ongoing talks, There was no mention of the bank appointing an accountant etc. I think the bank appointing an accountant is something the shareholders should have been notified of as it tells us how deep the problems are. He was obviously trying to hide that fact and very very stupid to think the market would not find out and now shareholders have to withstand another round of negativity. AG is reckless imo, and has NO credibility AT ALL.
This all raises more questions about what else he is hiding.
He must understand the market is not a court of law, if he lies he will not win. (so to speak)
Honesty without deception is the only way forward for SGH imo.
