I think you have missed the point...McGrathNicol work on behalf of the banks (to protect their interests) and they are not interested in SGH's SP. They will provide a confidential report to the banking syndicate outlining their opinion of the true state of the financial position of the company ie:Equity, Cash Flow, Ebitda etc. and likelihood (risk management) of whether SGH can fulfill their obligations to the banking syndicate.
