If I was going to get technical, technical which I wont, I would guess a Jan announcement should come before Jan 20 otherwise Mr Grech is just spitting in our faces.
Anyway it does not do him any favours to delay a report until the end of the month, he should have stated late Jan.
I think it wont be long next few days but that is just my opinion.
