This appointment of outside accountants by the bankers is not an investigation into the accounts of SGH as it was made to look by the market news spinners.
They R working as a team with the committee appointed by SGH to review forecasting of guidance etc..
It is the best thing SGH has done in my opinion so far, to have indepenedent accountants in the company group to work on it and also have banking syndicate's accountants along side so that every thing they say and do is crystal clear and acceptable to all the parties concerned and market has to trust it.
It will help SGH to regain the lost trust and scale higher peaks as it will re establish the trust that of the markets that it has lost. Rest everyu thing is fine. Most imposrtant ingridient here was trust.
