The NOD shares have fallen back today from last week's gains but I expect them to go back up again. Ozbecool highlighted the McGrath figures but they are a minor part of Nomad now.   McGrath's turnover for the last six months was 10.4m.  The new back door purchase, Bloomer Construction, has annual turnover over $100m.  Have a look at these figures for Bloomer Construction:

For some reason the 2014  Bloomer figures are down but in 2011 and 2012 Bloomer was the biggest residential builder in Queensland.  Just as a comparison Devine is around the 9th largest residential  builder in Queensland .  Devine's market cap is currently around $130m yet Nomad has bought Bloomer for an amazing $10.4m.

Just imagine what will happen to Nomad's share price if the market gets to value Bloomer as it currently values Devine.
