the fees will be increased , I dont mind that. we were in a very very bad situation with the stock price at this level maybe even lower , and to have a raise at these levels would have been tragic for every1 involved.

with good news , distribution rights deal on the cards ? increased enrollments ? increased stock price , the stock price has to be moved up to have an offering at $10 or more. even if its @ $7 which is realistic , 5m shares thats $35m. you can close the loan completely and have enough money for an extra year.
I wouldnt mind this scenario even with more payments. You can handle more payments when you know that with time you can pay it back easily.

the company is going through a bad time because of internal struggles and not because of something wrong with the device. once its cleaned from the inside ( ownership power struggle ) things will get better price wise.
