Yeah it would be nice if the exercise price was more like 15 or 20c but when you need the cash...

The short tenure of the loan would also suggest that QMN expect to be able to pay it back within a short time - which means they are either confident of
1. further funding
2. being able to tap the market for more equity
3. and/or cashflow
