There's likely to be more deals like this one that's been struck, whereby a portion of the outstanding debt is repaid upfront as a 'voluntary reduction', and a specific loan amortisation payment structure in place to reduce the outstanding loan.

This will likely mean an impact upon the Dividend in next financial year. Possibly 2 years, before things stabilise and then divs head north again.

Even in this light, I will still hold, however, not expect the SP to head much over 40c (maybe this is the reason for the capping) till the div strategy is reiterated for next fy.
