    Would tend to agree with your sentiment overall. THe plus side is that loan amortisation, while LVR's may not be impacted in the short term because they are rather high, means that over the long term, there is less debt and hopefully at least the same level of income and therefore increased distributions.

    Also, we are realistically only 3 months away from further guidance. Once the end June distribution is announced (at presumably 3.5 cents) this is likely when the next round of guidance will be provided. So if come end June they say again that it will be 7cpu (hypotheitcally) and earnings is roughly the same then we could expect some further amortisation and ongoing capital management. Again a good thing.
