I do not know but looks like something is brewing.Someone is either building or increasing position. These Global Capital Investors most likely, they have gone from 5% to 6% ATM maybe they want more.
The volumes have roughly doubled from early February and intra-day prices are swinging widely.
I wonder if there are any day traders involved, today's range was 16c, day low $2.12, day high $2.26 enough for scalpels to make a little motsa.

Closing prices are brought down again to keep the action under wraps to casual observers.
I am a long time share holder but almost missed the recent action, since it became such a boring stock for the previous few months just bots selling 3 shares here and buying 2 there all the time.
It would be good to see some recovery in the SP, the value seem to be there if you believe the NTA but the property trusts seem to be on the nose across the board and this one, being in Japan and with much higher gearing became a bit of a dog.
Lets see if this puppy can bark.
