we already new that this was extended until 01/09, it was in the previous debt update release

If anything this is terrible, the debt was due on the 01/06, and it still has not been finalized, and it is only for 101 million.

We have another 500million due next year, and we cant get this 101mil sorted out 3mnths after it is due?

This, and this reason alone is why the SP is stuck in the low teens

They really need to show they can deal with the debt problem, as we have a lot maturing next year......

any REIT that has shown it can deal with its debt problem is starting to recover, just look at GMG
