the shares in question were officially issued in 2015 and are part of the total shares. with what intellectual honesty can you say that they have no value? at present the current market price is worth at least. for the company that has to refinance them they could be the object of an exchange with some institutional in exchange for the cash cash to repay them or an obliged buy back.
