IMHO 1 share more than is needed for "someone" to get to 51%. Say 30 million at $2. Holders will be too busy cracking bottles of bubbly to understand or even question what has just happened.

I think for gaining this "control" it would be worth overpaying. The grand total of on market purchases would then be what, 3 million shares in TOTAL hOOts? You couldn't even make this stuff up.

Too be fair though if it is someone like a US firm who has no "real" ties to any current holder then I say $1.50 but long term it would be better news for long term holders looking for over $2.
