Looks like a good result for AJA shareholders provided the final agreement goes thru.
Even if all settlement amt $154m is borrowed LTV = 72%
NTA increases by approx one dollar effectively the same if a default on JPTD & JPTA took place.
Cashflow from the majority of properties will continue.
THe cash raising required should not need to be significant.
