Thanks for the advice guy's. Its good to hear of other peoples experience in this area. I'll keep looking into what type of loan will suit my situation and am leaning towards the simplest out there as I dont need most the features that some loans offer. Really just the ability to make an occasional lump sum payment and the lowest rate possible for an interest only loan.
