Hi Barry, the ANZ just gave me .8% off variable. 8.57% on the package deal that they do it worked out( P&I loan) They are telling me that it is .8% off for the life of the loan. Went and saw the NAB they gave .8 off so the ANZ matched it with just one question asked and a sheet of paper from the NAB. Also rang a coulpe of brokers and they couldn't beat it. Don't know how good they are as far as brokers go, just picked them out of the yellow pages and rang up.

There seems to be better deals mentioned on here at times but NAB or ANZ is easiest for me as the only ones with branch where I am
