We will hear more rhetoric about the market downturn and a bold strategy.
What the shareholders need to know right now is where the $10+ million that Timis owes us is, when it is going to be repaid. This currently makes up the cash value of the company and is worth 1.7c for every share on issue.
Also it would be interesting to know
* European lithium - was supposed to be float. What is the status?
* Why are we continuing to dilute shareholder value into underperforming directors payments.
* What is the Iron Ore price that makes Marampa viable to restart. What was the sabotage?
* Has anything been realised from the expenditure on exploration over the past 3 years?
* Can the company justify $2 Million in directors fees for a 80% decline in share price. Yes the deal with Timis and London mining is their responsibility - not the market.
I can not attend the meeting as I will be out of the country at the time. If someone wants to do so on my behalf it would be appreciated.
