    Davo...That's what G/J...was talkjing about at the AGM.., Getting outside Contactors to build/Fund that., and set up a leasing/rental deal back to SDL...TO SAVE THEM,from raisng more Capital & diluting the Share Base further...Also third parties could also use, rent rail system, as their are other Mining Project in the area...
