Thanks edd, it was interesting, however I am trying to determine the dilution effect the recent raising/loan facility will/may have, which he minimally touched on.

An excess of shares on that basis can cap SP for a time period, whilst loan facilities take profit.

More of interest to me is at what SP the loan facility received for their initial loan. A buy for me would be below that margin.
