Greetings fellow cat herders.

One of my current subjects (Financial Institutions-Lending) requires me to construct a loan to a publicly listed company, so, as a long term Cougar holder, there was no better alternative.

So even though I log on to hotcopper everyday to see what the likes of dex and factfinder have to say, I cant seem to find 2 very important pieces of information that are the key to my assignment.

I need to know how much it will take to construct a 200mw plant at Kingaroy (loan amount), how long it would take to construct (how many years until operation)and most importantly how much money the cat would earn per year from generation (to be honest, I haven't the slightest clue).

I only need BALLPARK (ballpark!) figures, the assignment is more to do with understanding the loan process than the ability to examine the company's balance sheet. I thought it would be better to tap into the hotcopper knowledge well than give it my best estimates.

Any help would be appreciated.
