I understand the pain of shareholders who have invested in this
with substantial higher price. My advise is to file for compensation from
the company and bosses with numerous failures with disclosures.
Possibly the controlling owner could also share the responsibility of the failures.
Nordea Bank is operating in Finland and has burned its fingers with Talvivaara.
mine bankruptcy
I would be amazed that they would loan substantial amounts without very good
guarantees and the interest would need to be much higher than 4 %.
In brief look I could not get the idea of the Nordea facility.
Possibly its kind of factoring derivatives related to payments from selling concentrates?
The "derivatives" business of Nordea has caused discussion by major
investors who have lost substantial funds.
Dragon mining oy (DOY, Finnish company) appears pledged mining concessions and given business mortage of all movable assets up to EUR61.5 million (amazing figure, this is really strange) as security. see bridging paragraph

Note that this deal includes statement of indeptedness of "our Group".
If this refers to Dragon Mining parent company, it is no longer true after use of the loan facility, and actually based on the above loan facility information was not true on 30 April 2018, if the text and date is copied correctly.

What comes to Dragon mining oy in Finland, it appears to have substantial intercompany
loans 26 million A$ in euros which are a currency risk for parent company operating with AUD.
There is also interesting intercompany loans in Swedish crowns with increasing amounts.
The investments are made as loans to get possible profits back without taxes?
It would be interesting to know the interest rates. This kind of tax avoidance has been
discussed in Finland and may turn problematic in the future.

There appears to be 500 euros credit card loans from Nordea.
My feeling about this business is not good.
The upside of Fäboliden is limited, if the mine life is five years
including test mining as said in prospectus.
And possibly the hopeful people will next tell us about gold reserves..
