My suggestion to anyone wanting to satisfy their curiosity on this is the following :

Call Colin and ask him. Have a conversation and see whether in the end you are MORE WORRIED about the use of a couple of million while there is no immediate need for it to be CAPEXed.......

OR

After the conversation do you feel MORE ASSURED that The Board is Steering the Company in the right Direction and has maximum chances of pulling of a Boom or Bust operation to BOOM under the guidance and financial backing( and operations expo. ) of Statoil.

We might not always agree with everything our partners of bosses do, but at home or work are we more likely to harp on about something annoying, or is it usually best to move on toward those things which bring excitement and possibilities.

i.e. This conversation may now be best placed for phone and email rather than public forum.
