Rehashing old dramas is not going to help anyone.

Negotiation has been a big part of my career...and having gone through this matter to the maximum extent possible with the Chairman of the Board....without ging to court...!

I can assure you that it has been exhausted. The opinion of the board has been posted previously.

I can only suggest that before you post your concerns about old issues.... you may do well to consider whether there is any benefit in doing so,

given we know that the information WILL NOT be released.

Bringing the topic up again just after everyone has gotten over it is hardly a good strategy if you want to make money from this stock.

BKP will not be providing transparency regarding the loans. That's the way it is. Whether we like it or not...

just forget about it already...there is nothing you or anyone else can say or do that will change the situation for the better. The only affect you can have is negative...so there is no point in discussing it any further...Beleive me - If you had been present at the time you understand what I am talking about.

Keep on about the loans and you may well receive an official request to stop posting or await correspondence from legal.
