    Mate, the point is, that I have never seen an IER coming out against the Company's recommendations. For, IMHO, the company is the one that supply all the infos to the Independent Expert, and, applying what I have learned in the past, you will find a qualification buried somewhere in the report that confirm what I have said.

    So, IMHO, watch out for that qualified clause buried in that report.
