how many times have we share holders being sold short for a money game by directors of these companies and i do believe asic must look into the manipulation of the share price before such low ball offers are offered and place millions of dollars fines for brokers that coherse with larger companies for allowing it to happen,also company DIRECTORS SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE,and not work in their own intrests for profit they are there to run the company for everybody and not bow down to broker demands,how many companies have been sold down proir to a takeover and this is not share manipulation at its greatest form,no wonder credibillity is lacking in markets,asic wake up police it properly and not to plese the brokers.
