On the charcoal webber barbecue two lobster tails.
Finish with some lemon juice and sake.
Serve with mayo made by whisking the following in a small bowl:
One cup of olive oil.
Two egg yolks.
A few splashes light soy sauce.
Also serve with some xo sauce.
