    Lobster or scrimp tapa:

    For the lobster or scrimp tapa fry until slightly or really brown to your liking:
    200 gm small raw lobster or scrimps.
    25 ml olive oil and butter.
    2 or 6 cloves sliced garlic.
    1 or more pinch of smoke paprika.

    Finish with the following:
    25 ml dry sherry.
    1 or 2 tablespoons chopped parsley complete with stalks.
    A splash of orange juice.
    One dessert spoon zest.
