I am of the firm belief that there are no real competitors to CNM and I dont believe that there is a chance for CNM to miss out on a grant due to it going to a competitor.
For a start the process is much simpler and with the kicker of desal it stands head and shoulders above the others.

My main query is around how much of the grant money we will get. As others have said I think it will be just enough to get the first project over the line.
