why did sbn not go to local governments ie councils and shires...

why did sbn not go to local governments ie councils and shires to sell their product here in australia before trying to get into the overseas markets.i feel they have started at the top of the market and worked their way to the bottom with great sucess it should have been start at the bottom and work their to the top.perhaps someone should have told the board there is only one job that starts at the top and finishes at the bottom and that is digging a hole/grave,this they they have done well regards qldfooty i think sbn are in this hole/grave to deep we are finished thanks to a very incompetint board goodby
