Lol, I notice GGG has been put on it as well as the govt. Their in-box would be somewhat busy these days. From what I remember, Change.org sends the recipient an email for each person that signs on. I've done one petition once and we did get a response out of the relevant Australian minister after basically flooding their inbox, and that was only 1500 or so from memory.
Yep, they don't make the locations public. Can't remember if you see that when you receive notice that someone has signed it.
