I have found this documentation when trying to research the resistance on the ground in Arizona. This doesn't look promising for an approval, especially considering the time has been extended to allow further responses too. I have just sold my position today after seeing this. I emailed Paul Lloyd and he acknowledged the opposition from the local tribe.
