in my view it is virtually impossible to do a raising in this market at a premium, i highly doubt that they could achieve that.

i would hope for a result around market given that this raising has been flagged as coming or around the corner for a long time now and one of the reasons the price is probably where it is...

i think this raising out of the way maybe the stock will be able to reflect the significant progress the company has made this year...

with the company approaching a resource of hopefully close to 10bln tonnes of coal that is globally significant and worth a lot more than 50m in mkt cap
