obviously a lot better if you arent an existing holder that getting diluted.
no matter how you look at it, if a boutique investor gets a slice of the pie at a discount....as is most often the case, it is at the expense of existing holders pure and simple.
assuming you have stock Apples, you yourself may have just been diluted, and the de-risking you refer to has been at least in part at your own expense.
obviously a lot better if you arent an existing holder that...
